Sales Administrator role is based on requests for information or order processing, customer follow up in regard to production agenda, shipping and the reception of goods and services.
This activity would be based on requests for information or order processing.
The daily task will consist of preparing quotes, follow-up on current orders regarding production agenda, shipping and reception of the goods or services.
Secondary, the development and growth of the operations will also require more general office tasks to ensure smooth and continuous operations.
Responsibilities and Duties
- EZMetrology Sales Administrator to prepare detailed quotes
- Strong communication skills (Progress Reports/Shipping)
- Sales Administrator will be expected to answer clients phone calls or reply to email inquiries
- Sales Administrator to arrange for shipments of goods (national and international)

Application Engineer

Our application engineers act as the primary technical resource for our sales force. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with good communication and inter-personal skills, as well as a strong technological background, to assist in identifying and troubleshooting technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction. Knowledge of physics and/or mechanical engineering is a plus.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Application Engineer will test software applications prior to deployment while providing reasonable feedback to developers.
- Uphold an expert level of product knowledge and application.
- Articulate products to both technical and non-technical users.
- Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs.
- Application Engineer should be able to provide technical consultation and service to customers to help solve their applications.
- Application Engineer should maintain accurate records of target installations, projects, and contacts.
- Application Engineer will be expected to travel to installation sites to perform start-up, integration, and training services.
- Travel to customer locations to understand their needs, demonstrate EZMetrology products, and promote the products.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Engineering, Technical Field, or equivalent related experience
- Experience 1-2 years in Engineering or Testing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Skilled at Technical Writing and Documentation
- Available for Travel (estimate 30%)

Technical Sales

The EZMetrology team is a dynamic composition of sales, marketing, hardware and software designers that work together to bring new technologies to end users worldwide.
In order to grow our market presence, we are currently looking for a technical sales representative to promote and support EZMetrology. This entails supporting customers through electronic and in-person meetings, performing product demonstrations, performing market analysis, strategizing for growth, and coordinating with Management. The successful candidate in this position will be able to work independently, be personally responsible, communicate, and be organized.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Attend regular training sessions in the headquarters to gain confidence with EZMetrology products;
- Develop a thorough understanding of EZMetrology products and applications through on-the-job training, review of technical documentation, use, and discussion with colleagues;
- Provide technical consultation and service to customers to help solve their applications;
- Respond promptly and efficiently to customer requests;
- Travel to customer locations to understand their needs, demonstrate EZMetrology products, and sell successfully;
- Analyze the customer’s industry, market segment, business operation, direction, focus, and resources to demonstrate EZMetrology’s added value;
- Develop strategies to reduce competitive threats and acquire competitive information through win/loss analysis;
- Under broad direction, apply strategic value selling methodology, tools, and processes to improve sales effectiveness on complex projects and pursuits;
- Deliver growth in market share;
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers that lead to new opportunities;
- Build a broad influential network to create additional opportunities;
- Establish and maintain forecast accuracy for the account portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Written and verbal communication skills
- University or college level education of Technical Nature;
- Relevant experience in selling technological solutions;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Willingness to travel 35% of the time, including overnight;
