EZMotion uses the latest high speed digital camera technology to provide an accurate 3D measurement system based on image triangulation. The high resolution combined with the variety in configurations can perfectly adjust to meet a variety of requirements regarding acquisition speed, required standoff, measurement volume and accuracy.
Application
The non-contact tracking of passive markers has a wide range of applications from dynamic part deformation. This deformation can be induced via displacement such as shaker tables or hydraulic load cylinders but can also be wind load in wind tunnels or thermal or mechanical loads in other set ups. The possibility to track many points at the same time in 3 dimensions and being able to calculate absolute and relative displacement provide answers that can confirm the modes or simulations.

EZMotion Rugged has all flexibility to adapt to any application requirements and can come with different configurations such as lens types, adequate lighting, adapted optical passive targets. The exceptional rugged design protects the camera and lens system from water, oil or other contaminants. The targets are also adjusted to the application to meet climate, humidity or other application specific requirements. The software provide an easy to use, step-by-step process to set up the environment, define the coordinate systems, define the signals, signal processing and output format. The version comes as shown in a portable version but is also available for rugged installation where dust, water or oil can be an objection as well as more compact Drive configuration to be used in track or flight testing.
