A module to record forces from bridge type load cells. The universal DB9 connector and TED compatible cell identification makes it an efficient way to integrate ta force signal into the data collection. The sensitive and high-performance analog readout converts to a reliable digital signal and provides minimal or maximum force. For applications with changing signal, a continuous readout is available for dynamic applications.
Applications with Pods
ForcePod enables to register external forces and measure the response of the system to these forces. For automatic doors, this can be for example pinch forces, obstruction forces, or general user input. The pod will register speed and acceleration, and this will be synced with the force input. Dedicated add-ons are available for pinch measurement, a compact profile 3D loadcell or a handle design for fast installation and torque free operation.
Applications with Motion
Combine the power of EZMotion 3D measurements with force input. EZMotion can capture a single point or a point cloud on a structure. The ForcePod will register the load application on the structure providing all information to establish stiffness data, in the form of a displacement in function of force. The dynamic of both systems does not limit the tests to static or semi-static but full dynamic range tests.
