Calibration

Our objective is not only to meet the high expectations of our users, but to achieve the highest possible standards of measurement performance. For this reason, we select high-quality industrial-grade sensors and apply a rigorous development process to every product. Each technology includes an in-depth evaluation of measurement performance and the establishment of robust calibration practices to ensure reliable and repeatable results.
For every technology, years of application and measurement experience ensure that the complete measurement chain is properly validated. This includes not only the sensor itself, but also the algorithms used to process the signals and the measurement methods applied to the application. Extensive Gauge R&R studies are used to evaluate repeatability and reproducibility and to confirm the reliability of the measurement system. These studies are available upon request, providing customers with documented evidence of measurement capability and performance.
EZMetrology’s factory experts and calibration laboratory are available to calibrate and update measurement systems on a regular basis. Calibration can be scheduled to minimize system downtime and ensure continued measurement reliability. Upon receipt, each gauge is evaluated to document its incoming condition. Any required repairs, maintenance, or eligible technology updates are then completed before the device undergoes the latest calibration procedure. Once the process is complete, the calibrated gauge is returned to the customer with the minimum possible turnaround time, ready to resume operation.
For customers with multiple devices, or those looking to minimize downtime and transportation time, on-site calibration is also available. EZMetrology experts can travel directly to the customer’s facility and perform calibration on the installed equipment. The same level of expertise, accuracy, and dedication applied in the factory calibration laboratory is brought directly to the customer’s site, reducing logistical effort while maintaining measurement confidence.
For selected technologies, EZMetrology offers the possibility of bringing calibration capability in-house. The required calibration tools and dedicated training can be provided, allowing customers to perform their own calibrations. This approach eliminates transportation, logistics, and associated paperwork, while providing greater flexibility and faster turnaround. Following the appropriate training, designated operators can become certified to perform the calibration procedures and issue the corresponding calibration certificates. This provides customers with greater independence while maintaining a controlled and traceable calibration process.
