Technology

A high performance four channel analog recording unit opens new doors for system analysis. The four configurable channels can be logged and synchronized with data from other EZ systems. The signals are recorded with IOManager to establish relationships between this wide variety of different channels. The results can be visualized using the real-time processing, graphing and reporting modules.

Application With Other Pods

In combination with other Pods, such as Speed or ForcePod, the electrical activity is monitored on, for example, automated doors. Where the Voltages, Currents, Digital signals can be monitored together with movement of the door or force interaction. Determine responses between these physical actions and the behavior of the control logic and electrical drive system. This can include Force versus Current or Latency between a button press and actual movement or response.

Typical Sensors

The analog recording channels can manage many different types of sensors. Each one can be connected and their output recorded. The device and current deployed sensors is configured in the user friendly MyPod software where electrical to physical conversion and unit assignment can be defined.
